- What seems to be a recurring concern about our offerings?
- Do we ask good questions?
- Do we listen well?
- Are we anticipating changes in our industry?
- What needs to change to make 2012 the best year ever?
Step back, slow down and take time to reflect. It's a great way to launch into the new year.
